Please note that our website may contain links to other websites which are not in control by Nor Clothing Ltd. These terms and conditions only cover websites owned and controlled by Nor Clothing Ltd, 3rd Floor West, 94 Alfred Gelder Street, Hull, HU1 2AN

Our Opening Times-

You can catch us –

09:00 – 18:00 Weekdays

10:00 – 13:00 Saturday

Any orders placed after 6pm on Monday – Friday will not be processed until the next working day.

If you place an order after 1pm on a Saturday it will be processed after Monday at 9am.

 

How your order is processed –

Here at Nor Clothing Ltd, everything you buy has been made in house! Although we try and keep a stockpile of each item ready to post out to online customers, there is a possibility that your item may not be in stock and will be made especially for you once your payment has been cleared.

If this is the case, we may need 1-3 days to process your order and make it. We are committed to making sure this processing time is short and sweet so you can enjoy your new piece of Nor Clothing as soon as possible. If you want to receive your item in 24 hours it is a good idea to email studio@norclothing.com to check that it’s in stock in your size before you place your order and pay the extra postage!

Items are delivered using these Royal Mail Services.

£04.50  – 1-2 day delivery via UK Royal Mail Signed For First Class

£07.50 – Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day via UK Royal Mail Special Delivery

£15.00 – 5- 7 Days Delivery via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

Next Day delivery may only be available if your item is in stock in your size. Please read ‘How Your Order Is Processed’ to find out how you can access this information. Next Day Delivery is only available if this process is followed and the order payment is cleared before 3pm Mon- Fri.

 

Privacy Policy –

Nor Clothing ltd is dedicated in ensuring your privacy is protected. If you order from Nor Clothing Ltd we may retrieve your name, email address, phone number, postal address and any other information which may help us complete your online order successfully. This information will only be used for these reasons stated and will not be passed on to any third party business.  This information may be used for our own internal records or to help us improve our products and services.

 

We may keep your email address on file to send you offers, discount codes and notifications of new products. If you do not wish to receive these emails please do not click the ‘sign up to our mailing list’ button at checkout.

 

We have put in place electronically protected procedures to ensure your details are kept safe and will not be accessed by anyone unauthorized.

If you would like to know more about our privacy policy or have previously agreed to be on our mailing list and no longer want to be please email studio@norclothing.com to change your policy status.

 

Refunds and Exchanges –

Returns

If you wish to return an item which you purchased from this website, please inform us by writing to studio@norclothing.com with details of the product you purchased, your order number and your reason for return. This must be done within 7 days of the item’s arrival.

It is obligatory that items be wrapped in the plastic case which you received it in and then wrapped again securely to avoid damage on its journey back to Nor Clothing. We are unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit. We strongly advise proof of postage is obtained when returning items back to us so if any packages go awry we can locate them.

Once we have received your item we will inspect the goods and issue a refund within 14 days of receipt. Please note refund on sale items are not accepted. Postal costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless we have sent you an item which is faulty or damaged.

If your items are faulty or damaged, please follow the above returns procedure. We will reimburse postal costs on arrival of the returned item once it has been inspected and deemed defective.

If you have ordered from a NON UK country and wish to return your item you are responsible to arrange delivery through any postal carrier. Nor Clothing Ltd is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post.

 

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your item for another size or colour  (i.e. the exchange is a variation of the same product) please email studio@norclothing.com to arrange which product you would like to swap, and post back the original item as though you were returning it. Upon arrival of the item we will send out the exchanged product delivery free. If you are wishing to exchange from abroad you may have to pay custom rates on the returned and the exchanged item.
